Why does copper change color?

Is it safe to drink from copper vessels?
Yes! Copper has been used safely for drinking water for thousands of years in Ayurvedic tradition. Pure copper naturally has antimicrobial properties. However, avoid storing acidic beverages (citrus juices, vinegar) in copper for extended periods. Always rinse after use.
Can I put copper in the dishwasher?

I bought the Boston Shaker, Jigger, and large Mixing spoon last year as a surprise gift. This Cocktail Mixer was not in stock. I ordered it and it perfectly complements the set.
