Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. As our pieces are made by hand with recycled copper and not mass-produced by machines, some variations may occur, such as slight dimensional differences, minute surface imperfections, and blemishes.  We strive to minimize this with our quality control, and appreciate your patience and understanding in resolving such an issue should you find something not to your complete satisfaction.

If something arrives damaged, please take photographs immediately of the damage and the packaging so we can make a claim with the shipper.

We reserve the right to review your items upon return to assess for replacement or return fees to cover our costs involved in processing, such as shipping, cleaning, and repackaging.  We are reasonable and we are also a small operation.  Some people out there (probably not yourself) do try to take advantage of returns.

Defects in workmanship are fully guaranteed, and we will repair or replace your item at no charge.

Damaged items need to be photographed and reported to us so that we can make a claim with the shipper.  

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus the return shipping costs.

If the item is simply not what you wanted, that's okay, too.  We will need to cover our return shipping and processing costs.

Allow up to four weeks for refunds to appear in your account from giving your package to the return shipper.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
