This is great for cooking up larger portions of recipes, such as Picadillo! I may use it for frying hamburgers, as well, since the higher walls would prevent pan spatter. I enjoy using the well-designed handles and lid, also.

Love the sauté skillet, impressive for the price. I’d prefer a more traditional handle.
Great pan. Made curry on its virgin use. Browned onions quickly on high heat and really simmers evenly on a low flame. My new favorite medium sized pan. Only drawback is too heavy to flip-jump food in pan. I like how the handles hold the lid and spoon simultaneously. Keeps things off the counter right where you need them.
