Every time a copper bell rings, someone gets great water.
This filter is as promised and was super easy to set up. I ran water through it a couple times before drinking from it just to get the filters set up. I like that they are fluoride filters. I notice that I keep trying to remember that my sink is still fluoridated so that is still a problem.
It’s going to last many many years. It’s metal so it should be good. I do wish you guys sold copper water bottles like other companies I’ve seen. Not sure if you would consider that because that would probably require tooling.

I love this item so much! It is such a beautiful showstopper in my kitchen & it's real copper, no cheap imitations here! That being said, beware that because it is real copper, it will tarnish a little over time but I'm sure it can be polished (I haven't tried yet). The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish it was larger; we go through it pretty quickly & then have to refill again in no time. A word of advice on refilling: it seems to take a couple hours to filter the full container since it's done a few drops at a time so make sure that you give it ample time to refill before you need to use a large amount of it. We like to refill it at night before bed so that it has time to fully filter overnight. Otherwise, this is both beautiful & functional & has removed the need to keep going to the water store to fill up ugly plastic 5 gallon jugs!
