Absolutely delicious water comes from this! The copper is gorgeous and the resulting water speaks/tastes for itself. I did have an issue with a faulty spigot with my order which the team quickly remedied and sent me a new one. My only recommendation is to include an assembly instruction because the filters are bigger now than the original - luckily I was able to get info from the company and they explained how to install them properly! Highly recommend for high quality water and quick customer support!!!

We offer several different Sana Vida Filtration System kits, and each one comes with a specific set of items. Some kits include the stand, while others don’t. The full breakdown is listed on each product page.
As for the leaking issue: can you let us know where the leak seems to be coming from? Is it between the spigot and the dispenser, or from the spigot itself? Once we know, we can guide you through the fix or send a replacement part if needed.
