Paella Pan Care:
Your new Copper Paella Pans should be hand washed. The tin interior will 'season' with use much like cast iron.
Dry your copper goods with a cotton towel immediately after washing.
DO NOT use steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents on any copperware . Copper will develop a rich patina over time. You can easily bring back the shine with Wright's Copper Cream, the best and easiest polish we have found.

- Gently rub onto the surface with a soft cloth
- Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately
- Alternatively, use a copper-specific polish

Storage
Store in a dry place. If stacking multiple pieces, place a soft cloth between them to prevent scratching.

Is this real copper or copper-plated?
Every piece is crafted from 100% pure, solid copper. Never plated or mixed with other metals. We verify the purity of each batch to ensure you receive authentic copper with all its natural health benefits.
Why does copper change color?
Copper naturally develops a patina (darkened appearance) over time when exposed to air and moisture. This is normal and doesn't affect quality or health benefits. Many people love the aged look, while others prefer to polish it back to a shine, we think both are beautiful and authentic.
Is it safe to drink from copper vessels?
Yes! Copper has been used safely for drinking water for thousands of years in Ayurvedic tradition. Pure copper naturally has antimicrobial properties. However, avoid storing acidic beverages (citrus juices, vinegar) in copper for extended periods. Always rinse after use.
Can I put copper in the dishwasher?
No, we recommend hand washing only. Dishwashers use harsh detergents and high heat that can damage the copper's finish and accelerate tarnishing. Simply hand wash with mild soap and warm water, then dry immediately.

Hi guys!
Well, I finally used my paella pan! And let me tell you that I enjoyed cooking with it very much. I never had to cook on medium or above. I reached a boiling point for the rice without a problem. The handles on the side never got hot which was a nice relief compared to my other paella pans. It was easy scraping off the bottom rice with a wooden spoon! Cleaning wasn’t difficult either. I rate it a 10 out of 10!
