The Fluffiest Ricotta Egg Rolls In Our Copper Skillet

Have you ever tried making ricotta omelettes for breakfast? This easy recipe is so fluffy, soft and nutritious, even a weaning baby loves eating it daily!

If you and your family love eggs, then this recipe is a must-try. It's one of those super simple dishes that is great for breakfast, lunch, dinner or as a healthy snack.

Using our Copper Skillet, Copper Sauté Pan or Alicante Copper Pan, here are a few tips to achieve the perfect non-stick and fluffy ricotta eggs you will definitely make on repeat.

Tips For The Best, Soft Fluffy Eggs In Our Copper Pans

Our copper cookware performs best on low to medium heat. If you try to cook our eggs on very high heat and without the correct amount of butter, you eggs will tend to stick to the tin lining.

Here are some tips to keep in mind for this recipe:

  • You don't need to preheat your Copper Skillet or Copper Sauté Pan ahead of time.
  • Always use low to medium heat for the best results.
  • Whisk your eggs until even, then add smooth ricotta for the fluffy texture. Mix your ricotta in to avoid lumps in your eggs.
  • For the perfect scramble eggs texture. gently fold your eggs. Avoid swirling them in a circular motion or breaking them up.
  • Timing is key for this recipe. Eggs can get overcooked and lose its delicious, fluffy texture. Once you see bubbles form in your eggs, you can start to scramble or fold them before plating it as an omelette.
