Recipe:
30 ml Gin
15 ml Aperol
15 Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
Top with Soda Water
Garnish with dehydrated blood oranges

Instructions:
1. Stir or shake with plenty of ice

Recipe:
25 ml Grapefruit And Hibiscus Gin
25 ml Vermouth Riesling
25 ml Elderflower Liqueur
25 ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
Instructions:
1. Shake all, except the Bitters, with plenty of ice
2. Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora over a large cube of clear ice
3. Top with bitters. Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit.
4. Enjoy!
