This is the second Derby cup I've ordered. They are sophisticated to the nth degree.

I purchased two of the Derby cups for my master powder room. We leave water in them all night to drink first thing in the morning!

I spent quite a few years in the hospitality industry, and I am a huge fan of Moscow Mules. I am also a stickler for the drink being made RIGHT with a pure copper mug. This mug fit the bill exactly the way it should. It keeps my Mules cold, it's pure copper, and has no lining on the inside of the mug, which is exactly what I was looking for. I've had mugs with the inside lining, and they tend to wear off quickly and contaminate my Mules, which is not ok with me. Not a problem with this mug. I like the rivets and the large copper handle also, which is much better than the small brass handles you find on other mugs. I've got big hands and need a real handle for my Mules. The extra Mule recipes they sent via email was a nice little bonus. The Caribbean Mule and the Mexican Mule were my favorite so far. Haven't tried em all yet, but I definitely will be! Very happy with this purchase. Great experience, great mug, highly recommended!

I picked up one of these in person from Sertodo Copper and they are fantastic cups and pieces of art, as are their jiggers. It doesn't hurt that you're buying from a great guy and practiced artisans and not some faceless factory in China pumping out cheap quality cups as fast as they can. These have a nice weight, balance and a brilliant shine and a true handmade look and feel with the hammering effect. They frost up well, and look great filled with a julep, and filled to the very brim with liquid hold closer to 15 oz. You can't beat this handmade quality anywhere and if not just any cup will do, this is absolutely the one you need.

These MINT JULEP CUPS (bought 8) are absolutely perfect! They are so elegant and really stunning to look at! They will hold a
very generously made icy cold cocktail! This cup is HUGE, but really easy to hold and to drink from. They maintain their glowing
sheen with minimal effort.I thoroughly rinse/dry after use and they look like new. A very solid, heavy and handsome cup, a beautiful addition to your cocktail arsenal! I absolutely LOVE making (and consuming) my MINTJULEPS in the old "antebellum" southern style. I make a "simple syrup" using pure organic sorghum syrup and real raw sugar cane chopped up into pieces. When it's (syrup) reduced in volume (by at least half) I throw in 2 BIG BUNCHES of fresh fragrant, slightly crushed/bruised mint (your choice of the flavor)...let it infuse for
at least an hour, overnight if possible. Then, strain into a clean glass jar and refrigerate until very cold. I have developed a true love for my juleps made with rye whiskey, specifically the WOODFORD RESERVE brand (it is a new product added to their wonderful line of alcohol). It is a delicious, fragrant slightly sweet/spicy rye whiskey and it is absolutely WONDERFUL in my MINT JULEPS! The pleasant spiciness of the rye whiskey combined with the pure sweetness of the VERY minty sorghum and sugar cane syrup is so heavenly divine! Please
y'all, give your juleps a try made with the sorghum, raw real sugar cane pieces and the rye whiskey (Woodford Reserve is my personal favorite right now). Then, proudly serve your delicious Mint Juleps in these beautiful copper cups! You'll never look
back, I promise. haha!!! Enjoy!

they are beautifully hand crafted and sturdy. I was debating between pewter and silver until I came across this copper beauty.

Bought this for my husband after a trip to Charleston, SC. He became quite fond of the mint julep and I wanted to surprise him with his own cup. Well made cup to withstand the cleaning and cooling required for mint juleps.

These cups are amazing and a pleasure to drink mint juleps out of. The pictures simply can't capture the beauty and warmth of the copper. I was floored opening the package as I had no idea they would be that good. I will buy more products from Sertodo. Thank you for exceeding my expectations.

Of course the classic mint julep cup is silver, but the problem with silver is that it tarnishes easily. This copper version is an attractive alternative to the standard silver cup. The cup is copper through-and-through, including the interior lining. A lot of cheaper mint julep cups I looked at had tin linings. The fluting on the bottom is taller than most other mint julep cups, attesting to the uniqueness and handmade quality. I see myself enjoying this cup for a long time to come.

I loved the look of hammered copper. I saw this and thought it would be perfect to stay out on the granite counter-top under the spout of my antique-looking flour mill. It is perfect! I enjoy looking at it every time I see it. For some reason, guests always enjoy picking it up and looking at it.
UPDATE: I liked the cup so much that I ordered a platter and a water pitcher to match.
