This skillet not only looks impressive but works fantastic. The handle did not conduct heat as advertised which is really great. This is the first product I’ve gotten but now I want the whole collection…
I am in awe of this pan. The responsiveness and how it heats evenly with no hot spots are incredible. I broke it in with a puttanesca-type sauce and ended up using low the entire time. I can't express how happy I am with this cookware.

We ate eggs cooked in the saute pan this morning. She loves the heft of the pan and how it cooks the food. Very pleased with the purchase. She is already eyeing a sauce pan.
