The Petite French butter pot and lid is the latest addition to my kitchen and it's nothing short of adorable! It's too pretty to put away. I've been using it every day to heat up half and half for my morning coffee, perfect size for small things. Pictured here the little pot is overseeing a batch of eggnog (the best recipe ever from Sertodo's webpage). I followed the instructions to the tee, including the part about testing the bourbon. Ho! Ho! Ho!

I noticed that one of the ladies described her Butter Pot as "adorable". While this might not be my first choice of words, it is probably the best description! My Butter Pot has found a permanent home on the top of my Wolf Range where it awaits maple syrup and chocolate dessert topping!
