Replaced my long used ceramic base with this wonderful hammered copper dispenser. The spigot included is the same type I have used for a few years without issue and expect no problems with its function going forward.
I expect I will keep the finish on the shiny side as there is something appealing to the warm tone.

I love this copper vessel. It holds about 8 liters of Alkaline water from my local spring. It doesn't leak and the faucet is very well made. I just finished my first batch of water and it has a slight metallic taste (not in a bad way - there may be a minor break in period). I expect this next batch to sing. The quality is top notch and I know this will be in the family for many years to come. If you appreciate beautiful craftsmanship, quality and delicious water, then I can't recommend enough. I actually find myself drinking more water throughout the day... because it's copper magic always calling me. Thanks Sertado!

The Niagara Water dispenser and lid are even more beautiful than pictured! The craftsmanship is exquisite! I highly recommend this piece. The spigot installation was simple to understand but did take bit of maneuvering to get the correct grip on the nut inside of the jug. It is a quality valve with thick silicone gaskets/washers. Once installed, it worked perfectly with no leaks. I use mine as is, without adding a bottle to the top. It sits over my sink for daily use although I am looking for an appropriate counter height stand to fit both glasses and water bottles. The uncoated copper makes my water taste terrific and it is a beautiful addition to my beverage table at gatherings!

I have had no problem dispensing water and the spigot is fine. I do not need more than a couple of gallons at a time so I am pleased that it comes with an elegant cover. Water stored in copper is healthy and gets rid of unwanted bacteria. Highly recommended.

I enjoy it and drink my copper water daily as part of Ayurvedic routine. The product is well made and quite easy to clean, however, due to it being coppper, it requires at least bi-monthly clean up with lime juice and salt.

Product was well packaged, well made, and does appear to be pure copper. Arrived quickly in great condition with all components. Cleaned and polished up nicely (A polish pack is included). I was reluctant to purchase after reading some reviews, but then compared other copper water containers, and this was my choice. I have been using it for about two months now and I'm loving it. No leaks and aesthetically pleasing. Cannot yet testify to major health benefits as some claim you get from water contained copper vessels, but I will continue to monitor for genuine results.
Thus far I have been just filling it with purified water, then putting the provided copper lid on top. I will eventually apply an inverted water jug now that I can see its sturdy, strong, and does non leak.

This is a much more practical solution.

They aren't expensive to buy separately.

Product is great! Shipping took a while for it to arrive. The spigot was missing. That took another month to arrive (post office lost it?). We have a glass carboy that holds our water and will not balance on top. We are trying to invent something that will hold it steady.

Purchased this directly from Sertodo Copper. The concern with the dual rubber gasket and stainless spigot is a minor concern, in my opinion. Tightened well, there are ZERO leaks. Welded direct would be a nice touch but harder to ship and protect, also would disallow the ability to customize a better spigot (if need be). The gauge Copper is of no concern as it is very thick. Handmade, alone, makes it worth its asking price. Just be sure to make the the top a 3-gallon Italian/designer glass carboy.
