First, I purchased the copper vessel. It was so beautiful and nice I decided to order cups to go with them. Now I’m looking at more copper items to order because the quality is outstanding. :)
Seamless experience from shopping to shipping. Website was easy to navigate, my order was customized, produced quickly, and arrived sooner than I expected. The mugs themselves, an anniversary gift, are top quality. The copper and construction are excellent, as is the engraving. Exceeded my expectations in every way.
These are the best Moscow Mule mugs I have found in both personal use and from restaurant service I have encountered..
I purchased 4 of these mugs a few years ago and love using them to make Moscow mules all year long! The copper is good quality. You need to be careful to wash and dry them immediately after use of they do start to tarnish. I’ve very happy with this purchase.
I bought 4 of these & I just love the way they feel & look. Beverages, adult or otherwise seem more enjoyable somehow in these classic mugs. I bought the shiny finish but have let them age with just some light polishing maintenance. They have aged beautifully to somewhere between the shiny and the antiqued finish.
These mugs are fabulous! The heavy duty copper keeps our mules cold and they have a nice feel on your lips as you’re drinking them—nice sized handles too. Have also purchased these as a gift—they loved them!
Heavy duty hammered copper mugs are gorgeous! Would buy again (for a gift, because I don't foresee having to replace these for a lifetime!)
I purchased these cups because I wanted a real copper cup. Not one of the fake ones that are not copper inside the cup , where it matters. I did not believe that drinking a Mule in a pure copper cup made a difference. My friend convinced me by making a Mule in a glass cup, tasting it and then pouring it into one of these cups. It was so good out of the copper cup I bought my set Sertodo cups the next day.
I’ve had these for a few years now and they have held up great! The mugs stay super cold and are great for making a number of drinks... not to mention mules. Friends of mine have the “fake” copper mugs and are jealous once they see and use these. Great product! Looking to get new stuff for the bar!
12oz 2013 model. Opened the last one finally. Not sure if the handles on the new models are still copper.
beautiful and useful. Fabulous company
Disappointment started upon first opening the mailing box; I expected to see the cups in a manufacture's box and instead found cups loosely tossed into the shipping box. They were individually wrapped in paper, then placed into a plastic bag, which was then "secured" with crumpled brown paper. I turned back the wrapping paper and saw a clean, glistening cup handle. "Ok, this is great", I thought and then wrapped the entire package in gift paper to be given as a gift the next day.
When the recipient opened the box and unwrapped the cups, much to our dismay we saw the cups had already been engraved, both cups, both back and front with Tito's Vodka and an engraving of a horse's head and "Breeders Cup" on it. This is NOT what I paid for, nor is it what is advertised. What an embarrassing situation and a complete and total bomb. The recipient was scheduled to fly out of the country the next day so there was no time for an exchange, and quite frankly, I'd rather not do any business with a company that either is not straight forward enough to list the engraving in the ad, or, has no quality controls to ensure that the customer gets exactly what they ordered. The cups are COMPLETELY RUINED (for my needs) with this UNREQUESTED ENGRAVING. Totally unacceptable and inexcusable.
I had to insist that my stepson leave the cups here so I can return them, and he instead left without the gift I wanted to give him and his wife. They live in Australia, therefore it's not that simple to ship there, and besides, it rather costly (nearly the same cost as the purchase price).
As for the quality, though it appears quite solid, it's of no importance to me at this point.
